The Playful Leash

My name is Lesley and I am the proud owner of The Playful Leash.

My love for dogs has provided me fantastic opportunities over the years to help others. I volunteered as a foster dog-mom with Pugalug Pug Rescue and was a driver to get rescue dogs safely to their foster homes. I also volunteered with my pug, Cocoa, in the St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog Program. We began by visiting senior homes to keep the elderly company and continued into Paws for Stories, a reading program for kids at local libraries.

I provide a personal, reliable and trustworthy service to dog owners. I also provide care, patience and fun for dogs. I am certified in Pet First Aid, fully insured and bonded with PROfur as a Professional Dog Walker and always building my pooch knowledge through continuous studies and courses. All walks are private to ensure extra attention is given to your furry family members. All pet visits and pet sitting are done in the comfort of your home for a relaxed and stress-free experience your pet will love.
